Promoted listings

Appear in the first five results for the suburbs you serve, clearly labelled as a paid placement. Unpaid ranking stays where it is — decided by confirmed coverage and how complete your listing is, and not for sale at any price.

Every plan includes
  • A place in the first five results for each suburb you choose
  • A visible “Promoted” label, so families know it was paid for
  • Shown to families searching nearby suburbs when a slot is unsold
  • Stop any time — your slots run to the end of the month you paid for

What a promotion does not buy

A better place among unpaid resultsThose are ordered by confirmed coverage and how complete a listing is. Paying moves you into a labelled band above them, never up the list itself.
Sole use of a suburbOther providers can promote the same suburb. When more than five do, the five shown rotate, so everyone paying gets seen rather than whoever subscribed first.
A suburb you do not serveYou can only promote suburbs you have confirmed you cover, and a slot stops showing if that confirmation lapses. It stays reserved for you until you confirm again.
A place for a thin listingA listing needs a phone number, a website and a description before it can be promoted. Putting a name a family cannot act on at the top of their search helps nobody.
How the launch price works

Subscribe during the launch and you keep that price for twelve months from the day you start, even as the regular price takes effect for everyone else. After twelve months you move onto whatever the price is then. We will not change it in between.
